Restaurant Group Dates!

Each month, two restaurants are chosen in order to assess the experience. This is a great opportunity to socialize, share ideas, and enjoy some great food.

The April restaurant locations will be:

South Location - April 9, 2013, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.  Please note this is a DINNER Reservation

We are looking for individuals who would like to come out and be a host at one of these groups and assist in leading and mentoring others.  Let Marilyn Erho know if you are interested. We also need individuals who will come out and join in the groups.

Discovering the Power in Me Calgary

At any stage in your journey of recovery, hope, belief in self and resiliency are essential.

Creating a future of strength and hope, this 4 week program is about discovering the strength and resiliency within, and addresses the mental well being of a person in the recovery process.
The benefits of taking this program:

• Redevelop positive life strategies
• Understand habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations as the affect the ability to achieve independence, self reliance and full community participation.
• Learn the tools to overcome the roadblocks to success
• Increase efficacy, self motivation, confidence and resiliency
